  • The proposals are evaluated by the whole LabEx steering committee independently. To reduce conflicts of interest, proposals are not evaluated by steering committee members who belong to the same institute as partners. Moreover, members of the steering committee belonging to the same team as at least one candidate leave the room during the discussion of the proposal.

Ex : an application from E. Boué-Grabot as PI (Bézard team, IMN) and D. Choquet as partner is evaluated by members of the committees belonging to NCM, INCIA, NutriNeuro and SanPsy. During the discussion, Daniel Choquet and Erwan Bézard leave the room.

  • 2 referees are attributed to each proposal. Their role os to present the projet during the selection meeting, their evaluations have the same weight as the other members of the steering committee.
