The IMN Vector Core is a full-service facility with extensive experience in the production of adeno-associated vectors (AAV). The resources and services of the core facility are open to all members of Bordeaux Neurocampus.

The main objective of the core is to provide investigators access to viral-based vectors for in vitro and in vivo gene transfer studies. The core facility offers consulting on AAV construct design and AAV capsid selection, molecular cloning of AAV plasmids and high quality custom AAV vector production for serotypes 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9 and rh10.
