General objective:

The overall aim of this project is to phenotype relevant motor, sleep and attention disorders in a multi-dimensional way (clinical, biological, morphological and pathophysiological) in order to propose innovative therapeutics based on these categorizations. The LABEX BRAIN has expertise and unique translational capabilities in the following disease groups, all characterized by or involving a disorder of motor function: motor disorders (parkinsonian syndromes, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), restless leg syndrome,..) and sleep, wake and attentional disorders (lack of sleep, nocturnal breathing disorders, neurological hypersomnia, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders, chronic fatigue, depression, mood disorders)
